Dear Reader,

The Wildlife Habitat of Port Douglas is one of two great things to do in Port Douglas the other is watching the poorly dressed tourists disembark from the multiple cruise ships that dock in the town.    Note to all of you: the food is abysmal in Port Douglas except for one notable exception called “Salsa” good luck getting in however as it is booked for months).

Tarzan is in the Daintree Forest

Dear Reader,

Here in the Whitsunday Islands (Hayman Island to be exact) the internet rocks (which is not always a good thing) but for the sake of this blog it is amazing.  We have just been in the oldest, living rainforest in the world- The Daintree.  We arrived a day before and enjoyed a fabulous afternoon at a local swimming hole a couple of miles up a rainforest trail.
