One of the adventures we will be having in New Zealand is to check and see the glow worms of New Zealand.  In Waitomo, we will be gliding through caverns with ceilings lit up by these phosphorescent little guys.  Now how to photography them, hmmmm.  Here is the story about the caves from The Huffington Post .
